Our Process
(Framework + thinking)
At Matchboxology we start by walking in the shoes of those you are trying to engage. We drill down across their ecosystem with humility and objectivity and share this experience. This converts to cognitive empathy for you and your teams; inspiring better decisions based on a deeper empathy for diverse points of view and life's realities.

Cognitive empathy more accurately defines a project’s true challenges.

Then we bring those closest to the problems or opportunities into the heart of the problem solving process to co-create solutions as equals with technical experts and project teams.

Matchboxology’s 5e process consistently uncovers innovative new solutions to problems you’ve looked at a hundred times before.

The MBX process is focused at every stage on identifying, designing and calibrating solutions that bring together what's needed with what's desired.

Our process delivers solutions that reduce the risk of implementation failure caused by blind spots and/or mis-aligned priorities.
